The Initial consultation is an in-depth, confidential interview to record your physical, mental and emotional characteristics and symptoms. This appointment may take up to two hours.  In order to choose the correct remedy for you, a detailed understanding of who you are, along with any complaints and details of how you experience and deal with your symptoms is important to determine your treatment plan. The goal is to identify one homeopathic remedy from over 6,000 that best match your symptom picture.

Follow up appointments:
Please note that Return visits are essential to evaluate your progress and to make necessary changes if needed. These appointments are 30 minutes and the intervals vary depending on the severity and complexity of the individual case. The first follow up appointment is 5-6 weeks after the first visit.

Payment Policy

Healing4soul's professional services are rendered on behalf of you or your child with payment due at the time of service. We accept  cash, check or credit card.

Nutritional products and homeopathic remedies related to your treatment and the shipping & handling charges are not included in your consultation fees.

Consultation appointment (first visit)

• Your initial visit can last up to 2 hours and the fee is $400. Your first visit includes a personal consultation and intake of your health history to determine the treatment plan.

• Please be sure to complete all the forms prior to your scheduled appointment. At the time of your appointment,you may bring with you all other pertinent information such as any diagnostic information you might have from other doctors.

• You will be asked to give a weekly report via email to monitor your progress.

Follow-up appointments:

• These appointments are 30 minutes and the fee is $150. In office or phone consultations are available.

Cancellation Policy:

• Please note: Our office has a 48-hour cancellation policy. That means if you miss an appointment or cancel less than 48 hours (2 business days) before the appointment, you will be charged for that appointment. Appointments are sometimes quite lengthy in order to ensure that you receive the optimal care. Because of the nature of the appointments, it is not possible for our office to fill these appointments at the last minute which is why we have to adhere to such a strict cancellation policy.

To schedule your appointment in our Orange County office, please call (714) 939-WELL (9355). Our Orange County hours are 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. weekdays (closed on Tuesdays) and Saturdays from 11 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. 

To schedule your appointment in our L.A. office, please phone 310-738-8878.  We are in L.A. every Tuesday from 10 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.  We ask that you complete all patient forms and email them to us at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.
